Trail Tote- February 2019
Using Noodlehead's Trail Tote pattern. Learn how to make this casual and easy to wear tote that will feature your favorite fabrics! Skills covered: Insert a zipper pocket, install magnetic snap and an adjustable strap.
Materials: 1/2 yard of cotton or canvas, fabric for bag exterior, 1/2 yard of cotton fabric for bag lining, 1/4 yard of cotton fabric for zipper pocket, 1/2 yard of cotton fabric for strap, 1 yard of Pellon Shapeflex 101 fusible interfacing, 6" all purpose zipper, 1/2" magnetic snap, Two 1" rectangular rings, One 1" strap slider, and coordinating all purpose polyester thread. Pattern included.
Skill Level: Beginner
Prerequisites: Sewing 101 or equivalent experience.
Sessions: This class meets on Tuesday, February 19 & 26, 2019 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
Handcraft Workshop provides sewing machines and general sewing and cutting tools. We will email you a supply list prior to the start of class. You are responsible for purchasing the fabric, thread and supplies for class. We do not provide or sell fabric, thread or notions. Please be sure to bring all of your materials and supplies to class.
