Tunic No.1- September 2019
Get a jumpstart on your fall sewing with this versatile tunic. Using the Tunic No. 1 pattern you will learn how to make a dropped-shoulder top in two length options, a cropped shirt or tunic. This relaxed garment is the perfect layering piece and stitches up super quick! The neck is finished with bias tape facing and there is an optional patch pocket. (fits bust sizes 32-53)
Materials: 2.75 yards for shirt length or 3.25 yards for tunic length of woven cotton fabric. Suggested fabrics: cotton, chambray, or linen. 1.5 yards 1/2" single fold bias tape, coordinating polyester thread. Pattern included.
Skill Level: Beginner
Prerequisites: Sewing 101 or equivalent experience.
Sessions: This class meets on Wednesday, September 18 & 25, 2019 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Handcraft Workshop provides sewing machines and general sewing and cutting tools. We will email you a supply list prior to the start of class. You are responsible for purchasing the fabric, thread and supplies for class. We do not provide or sell fabric, thread or notions. Please be sure to bring all of your materials and supplies to class.
