York Pinafore- October 2019
Are you ready to learn how to work with a pdf pattern? In this class you will learn how to use a pdf pattern, trace a pattern, and then sew it all together. The York Pinafore is a playful addition to your handmade wardrobe. It is easy to layer over tees and tank tops for spring and summer or turtlenecks and leggings for colder weather. The York Pinafore is a modern take on a classic pinafore dress with a cocoon shape and two views. (fits women's bust sizes 31-56)
Materials: 2 yards of denim, corduroy, wool, cotton twill or linen fabric, 4 yards of 1/2" wide double fold bias tape, coordinating polyester thread, and 2 yards of Pellon Easy Pattern tracing paper.
You must purchase, download, and print out the pdf pattern before class. Please have the printed pattern cut out & traced or taped together.
